The Trader Joe’s company is know for their customer service. They are very friendly and knowledgable and they create this atmosphere that is very welcoming. It seemed that many people feel that their main competitor would be Whole Foods, however, I saw that their direct competitors were large supermarkets do to their locality. So I went with the concept of "not your average joe" because their workers actually knew what they were selling.
